CLEAR EXPECTATIONS, BETTER PRINT
Sandbox terms & privacy.
This installation is a working demonstration of designXprint. These notices explain how it behaves; commercial launch terms must be approved before accepting real orders.
Sample orders and illustrative pricing
Checkout records a sandbox order. It does not charge a payment method, buy postage, book a carrier, or send a job to a manufacturer. Catalog prices, production times, shipping costs, and tax values are illustrative. They are not binding commercial offers.
Accounts and business information
Accounts, addresses, artwork records, quotes, support cases, and orders are stored in this installation’s local database. Passwords are stored using salted password hashing. Access to company records is checked on the server. Sample workspaces are isolated from each other and have no permanent login password.
Artwork and approval
Upload only files you are authorized to use. Uploaded files are private to the company and authorized operators. File-type and size checks do not replace professional preflight, malware scanning, or print-quality review. Manual review and explicit approval are required before a sample project can advance through the production workflow. Preview colors and illustrations are not physical proofs.
Data and cookies
A first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. Fonts and illustrations are served with the application. This implementation does not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Uploaded files and account records remain until you delete your account or the installation operator removes them. In Account settings you can download everything held about you and delete your account with its records and files.
Using this sandbox
Use test addresses and non-sensitive sample artwork when evaluating the application. Submit a support case from your workspace if you need the installation operator to review an account or record. A commercially deployed service requires approved privacy, retention, payment, claims, fulfillment, and accessibility processes.
