Print production and shipping times explained
From approved artwork to your doorstep. Understand production time, transit, and tracking.
Separate the two clocks
Production turnaround covers manufacturing after the job is ready and released. Shipping covers transit after dispatch. Neither the date you place the order nor the date you upload a file automatically starts the production clock.
Leave room for review
Missing files, artwork corrections, approval delays, holidays, and product-specific finishing steps can affect the schedule. A requested deadline should be discussed before a commitment is made.
Check your delivery details
Confirm recipient name, street address, suite, ZIP code, and contact number. Changing an address after release can create additional handling or delay. Stored addresses make checkout easier but should still be checked for every job.
Understand tracking
A tracking number or created label is not itself evidence that a carrier has possession of the parcel. Check the carrier status before relying on a delivery date.
