Print proof checklist before you approve

The last look before the first print. A practical review checklist for a confident artwork approval.

Review the current version

Download every file displayed on the order. Check the artwork and any finishing mask against the accepted size, stock, sides, quantity, and finish. An approval is tied to those exact file versions, so a replacement requires a fresh review.

Read the content slowly

Check names, dates, spelling, URLs, phone numbers, prices, disclaimers, and QR codes. Ask a second person to proofread high-impact jobs. Check both sides, every booklet page, and the orientation of folded pieces.

Confirm the limits of the proof

A file review checks content and layout. It does not establish a physical color match or simulate substrate texture and special finishing. Agree on any required physical proof before release.

Approve only when you are ready

The order records your authorization. A job can move to production when its other readiness requirements are also satisfied. If something is wrong, replace the artwork or contact support before approval.
